Referral Reward Scheme Terms & Conditions

Allesley Hall Care Home offers a referral reward scheme to thank individuals who help introduce new prospective residents to our home. This scheme is designed to reward introductions that result in a meaningful engagement with our admissions process.

1. Who can make a referral?
The referral scheme is open to:

  • Current and former staff of Allesley Hall

  • Family and friends of existing or former residents

  • Health and social care professionals (e.g. GPs, nurses, social workers)

  • Members of the public who are aware of someone in need of residential care

You do not need to be affiliated with Allesley Hall to refer someone.

2. What consituites a valid referral?
A referral is considered valid when:

  • The referred person is not already known to or in contact with Allesley Hall

  • The referred person would be a privately funded permanent resident

  • The referrer completes the official referral form before the person they are referring contacts the home independently

  • The referred person gives their consent to be contacted by Allesley Hall

  • The referral is made via our official referral form (online)

3. Rewards Structure?
The reward is offered in two stages:

  1. Tour Reward - £25

  • The referrer will receive £25 if the referred person:

    • Completes a full in-person tour of Allesley Hall

    • Is not already in contact with the home

  • The tour must be arranged and completed following a referral submission

  • This amount is payable once the decision not to admit has been made.

   2. Admission Reward - £250

  • The referrer will receive a £250 reward if the referred person:

    • Moves into Allesley Hall as a permanent resident

    • Allesley Hall has received their first payment (usually after an invoice is issued following admission)

Note: In the event of a respite stay or short-term arrangement, the full £250 reward may not apply. Eligibility will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Only one reward will be paid per referral. If the resident is admitted, the £25 tour reward is not paid in addition to the £250.

4. Eligibility & Exclusions

  • Only one referrer can claim a reward per privately funded new residents. This is not applicable to residents that are funded by the locally authority or the NHS.

  • Referrals for immediate family members (e.g. spouse, parent, child) are allowed, but will be reviewed for eligibility

  • Rewards are not payable if:

  • The resident was already in contact with Allesley Hall prior to referral

  • The referral form was submitted after the person had already enquired or toured

  • The referral appears to be self-submitted or ineligible based on verification

5. Reward Payment Terms

  • If the referral results in a move-in, payment will be made after the resident has been reviewed, eligibility confirmed and the first invoice has been paid

  • If the referral does not result in admission, the £25 tour reward will be processed shortly after the decision not to proceed

  • We reserve the right to verify and validate referral activity before issuing any rewards

6. Use of Information

  • By submitting a referral, you confirm that you have the referred person’s consent to share their details

  • We will not use referrer contact details for marketing purposes

  • Data will be processed in line with our privacy policy and GDPR obligations

7. Modifications and Termination

  • Allesley Hall reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the referral scheme at any time without notice

  • Any changes will not affect referrals already submitted
